    HEAD Architecture refreshed a successful concept for Hong Kong’s GREAT Food Hall, introducing an undulating, timber slat ceiling, witty food photography, new retail service areas and improved deli and cheese areas. A new orange navigational ceiling motif cuts through the timber to rationalize the store’s unusual footprint for shoppers. The award winning design incorporated six structural columns as opportunities for bespoke service stations rather than space limitations. HEAD Architecture’s designs were used as interior branding and on uniforms.
