    HEAD Architecture’s redesign of Rossio in the MGM, Macau expanded available seating, bringing the dining experience into the casino and the open air patio. Rossio’s bigger crowds are served by an  expanded kitchen, as well as a new open bar and juice service station. HEAD coordinated all external consultants and the government submissions process.5
